Reading this site creates no relationship with any operator. When you register somewhere, that operator's own terms are the ones that bind you.
Using this site
Who it is for
Jackpot Draft is published for adults aged 18 or over who are in the United Kingdom. If you are under 18, or in a jurisdiction where accessing gambling-related material is unlawful, you should not use this site. Gambling in Britain is restricted to over-18s and every operator we compare is required to verify age before allowing any play.
What we are, and what we are not
This is an independent comparison and review site. It is not a gambling operator, not a regulator, and not owned by, controlled by or acting for any brand listed on it. No games run here, no bets are accepted, and no money passes through the site. We hold no customer accounts and have no access to any operator's systems.
The practical consequence: we cannot resolve a dispute about a balance, a bonus, a verification request or an account closure. Those go to the operator's own support team and, if unresolved, to the alternative dispute resolution provider named in that operator's terms. The contact page sets out what we can help with.
Opinion, not advice
Scores, verdicts and comparisons on this site are editorial opinion formed by applying the criteria described on the front page. Factual detail is checked at the time of writing and reviewed periodically, but operators change their game catalogues, apps and promotions without notice, so a page may describe a state of affairs that has since moved on. Nothing here is financial, legal or clinical advice, and no comparison should be read as a recommendation to gamble.
Where an operator's promotion is described, the description is a factual summary of the type of offer. The operator's published terms — including wagering requirements, qualifying games, time limits and eligibility — always take precedence over any summary written here. Read them on the operator's own site before opting in.

Availability and accuracy
The site is provided as it is. We aim to keep it accurate and online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we do not warrant that every detail is free of error at every moment. If you spot something wrong, telling us is the fastest way to get it fixed.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on information published here, from your use of any operator's service, or from the outcome of any gambling activity. Gambling involves losing money and no content on this site alters that. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Operator names and logos are the property of their respective owners and appear here for the purpose of identification in a comparison, which does not imply any partnership beyond the commercial arrangements described in the affiliate disclosure. You are welcome to quote a short passage with a link back; wholesale republication is not permitted.

These terms may be revised, and the effective date above changes when they are. Continuing to use the site after a revision means the revised version applies to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
