Scope
What we can and cannot do
Jackpot Draft is an independent comparison site. We do not run games, hold accounts, process anything financial or act for any operator, which means there is a category of message we genuinely cannot help with — and it is better to say so here than to leave someone waiting on a reply.
Please do write about
Factual corrections to a review or comparison. An operator that has launched or withdrawn an app. A change to a game catalogue or supplier list. A question about how our scoring works. A suggestion for an operator to add to the shortlist, or a case for removing one that is already on it.
Please do not write about
Anything involving your account at a casino: a balance, a verification request, a bonus that did not credit, a closure, a self-exclusion query. We have no access to operator systems and no authority to intervene. Those messages need to go to the operator's own support team, and if that goes nowhere, to the approved dispute resolution provider named in the operator's terms. Corrections are handled the same way for everyone: send the evidence, we check it, and the page is amended or it is not. What we will not do is remove a criticism because it is commercially inconvenient, or move an operator up the shortlist in exchange for better commercial terms. That is the whole basis on which the reviews are worth reading.
Partnership enquiries can come to the same address. Being a commercial partner has no bearing on placement or score, and the affiliate disclosure sets out exactly what the arrangement does and does not buy.
